The following fees apply to all cases:
- 15-Minute Introductory Call: Free. Click to schedule a free 15-minute call.
- Attorney/Mediator Rate: $400/hr
- Paralegal Rate: $200/hr
We do not require a retainer. Instead, we ask you to put a credit card on file to pay for your initial meeting. That card will remain on file for the remainder of your case. We send out bills on a monthly basis and charge them to the card on file.
All counties charge a $301 filing fee for divorces. This filing fee is in addition to the above fees. The filing fee for modifications is $167.
