You can schedule a meeting by calling (503) 222-2926 or using our https://www.mediatingattorney.com/schedule online scheduling system. Forrest will be happy to speak with you if he is available. If you are not sure what kind of appointment you need, someone can talk to you about what type of appointment makes the most sense in your situation. The following are the three most common types of appointments:
Joint Consultation
Schedule a joint consultation if both people would like to meet with Forrest at the same time. If you are interested in mediation, it is recommended (but not required) that both you and your partner come in together for a joint consultation. Joint consultations are a good place to start because both people receive the same information at the same time.
Mediation Appointment
This is a two-hour appointment to actually work on your case (rather than just learning about mediation). This meeting is usually two hours in length, although it can be shorter or longer based on whatever works best for both clients.
